The Accokeek Swim Team is looking for a head coach for the 2017 summer season. Information about the position.
The Northridge Swim Team, based in Bowie, is looking for an Assistant Coach for the 2017 summer swim program, running Memorial Day through July of 2017. We currently compete in the Prince Mont Swim League. The practice schedule will vary with morning and evening practices along with Saturday morning swim meets. The qualified person MUST be hard-working, energetic, responsible, passionate about the sport of swimming, and able to communicate well with coaches, parents, and especially our swimmers. Desire to improve and advance own coaching ability is also a must. Previous coaching experience along with competitive swimming experience is desired. Compensation is based on experience and is competitive. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are desirable. The Prince George's Pool Swim Team, located in Mount Ranier, MD is seeking a head coach for the 2017 swim season. We are looking for a motivated individual to lead our summer swim team of approximately 120 swimmers of all ability levels. We aim to inspire a love of swimming, to develop aquatic skills, foster teamwork and promote the principles of good sportsmanship. Preferred candidates will have previous coaching experience and will be able to give constructive instruction and feedback. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic coach who enjoys working with children and teenagers. The team practices in the week night evenings after Memorial Day and, after June 20th, some additional day time practices will be added.
CPR certification and First Aid training is required and lifeguard certification is highly recommended. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience. Applicants should send a resume and covering letter to email@example.com with Swim Coach in the subject line.
